Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the time slot to another client and honor our practitioner’s schedule. If you're running late, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you. For everyone's safety, please reschedule if you're experiencing symptoms like fever, cough, or breathing difficulties. A fee may be charged for late cancellations or no-shows, but exceptions are made for emergencies or severe weather conditions.
